Hi, I’m CATHY!

I live in Mill Valley, CA with my husband, son, and cattle-dog rescue mix named Indy. She’s a handful - more than my kiddo.

When my son was born, I didn’t have the proverbial village I always dreamed I would have. I struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety for the first 18 months of his life. Coming into motherhood, I was a hyper-independent person who was inexperienced in drawing boundaries. Asking for help felt impossible.

I wanted a support person who understood me and this generation of motherhood. I wanted a support person who wouldn’t be defensive or passive-aggressive when I asked for help or when I stood by my parenting choices.

When I connected with other moms, I realized I wasn’t alone. Motherhood is an absolute blessing, but it is also a marathon - a mental-load marathon of tidying, cooking, cleaning, organizing, decluttering, planning, prepping, packing, washing, etc. I quickly learned how disorganized spaces contributed to the chaos - how impossible it was to cook a meal, let alone a healthy one, while your kid is starting solids - or how impossible it was to come back from a family trip when your boss is nagging for the presentation at the same time your laundry basket is nagging for your attention.

My background in merchandising taught me how to focus on the customer experience while ensuring we meet goals. My project management skills focused on satisfying the customer and making sure she keeps coming back because we continue to deliver on her needs and expectations. We surprise and delight - and never disappoint her. I now use that same approach to support mothers.

Through curated systems, simplified spaces, and restorative guidance, I help families move from chaos to calm - so they can focus on what truly matters. I meet mothers wherever they are in their motherhood journey and provide customized support that suits you and your family’s needs - from planning and organizing to simplifying.

I believe that small, mindful shifts can create lasting peace in both your home and your mind. Your time and energy are your most precious resources - more than ever before. You deserve to protect them. And I can help you.
