


Monthly Virtual Workshop: September 13th, 2025
Mikado is hosting a monthly virtual workshop on Friday, September 13th, 2025 at 12PM-1:30PM to share tips on ways to reduce the mental load through the four pillars of parenthood: the home space, nourishment, child development, and self-care. While the mental load covers every nook and cranny of a parent’s day-to-day, these four pillars are the most meaningful and typically are the heaviest to carry with the mental load. These pillars can be reasons that keep us up at night and so I feel very passionate about sharing what we can do as parents to alleviate the mental load in these areas.
After booking, you will receive an calendar invite including a zoom link for the virtual workshop. You will also receive an intake form to fill out so I can ensure that the workshop is curated specifically for the audience.
